This is really cool, scary, awesome. I hope the fires are under control to only 30 miles away. A very interesting and unique shot!

The fire seems to be under control and they were not near any homes. It is very windy so we may get more soon.

UPDATE. The fires haved moved closer to homes but still no porperty damage. Over 1000 acres burned.

we have them here too -bad last week in 40 degree temps ‘bush fires’ we call them
