A Moroccan fountain in Orange County? Actually, this fountain is located in the Irvine Spectrum entertainment center. They have various themed courtyards and this one is the Moroccan one. Irvine Spectrum is the same place where they have the
50% off sushi.

Dog Park

In Orange County we love our dogs and have many parks designated just for them. This one is located in Laguna Beach and was one of the first. We also have some designated dog beaches but that is a shot for another day.

Soccer

This is a shot of Aliso Canyon Community park which is just above my shortcut. The place is very open and not very crowded except on the weekends. The trails in the area attract many Mountain Bikers and Hikers. Also, there is a very nice soccer field.

Smoking?

I went to dinner last night and on my way to a coffee shop I saw this poster and thought about the city of Calabasas here in Southern California banning all smoking in the city. To my knowledge it is the first city to do this but of course there are still some places you can smoke.

Are we getting that healthy?

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!!

Shortcut

This is a little shortcut behind Aliso Creek Community Park. The park is a big open area with soccer goals and trails for hikers and bikes. There is also a Natural History Museum close by. The road actually only saves about a minute or two off my drive but it is pretty scenic.

Seed Pods

I went to Laguna Beach Dog Park today and saw a sign of Spring. The seeds were falling from this tree. Unfortunately, I don’t know what kind of tree this was.

Clouds again!

I know I posted a few shots of the sky but this one looked so amazing I had to post another. I took this on the 5 freeway near Tustin on my way to Cirque de Soleil in Long Beach. It was raining the whole day but it ended up being a perfect night but it was pretty cold.
