Stairway to…..

Can you guess where these stairs lead? Hint - This was taken at the beach.
The first correct answer will get a prize from Orange County. If no one gets the answer right the answer that is most similar to the correct one wins.

To… er… a sort of stadium, maybe a field for rodeo (I know this is not Texas, but still!!). Anyway it’s a beautiful staircase. And I am NOT saying that because I want a postcard!
